Executive and Leadership Coach

I help Christian leaders integrate their faith with their professional calling—bringing clarity, creativity, and confidence into the workplace. As a Kingdom Factor coach, I draw from nearly 30 years of experience coaching and consulting across a wide range of industries, including petrochemicals, publishing, nonprofits, food and beverage, and more.

My passion is equipping leaders to overcome roadblocks, strengthen team collaboration, and align their work with Biblical values. Whether through individual coaching or consulting with large-scale project teams, I use tools like DiSC, emotional intelligence, and the Innovation Health Assessment™ to guide transformational growth. I’m also the author of The Innovation Book Series and the upcoming Project Me series that applies creativity tools to your leadership journey. I’m excited to  bring a unique blend of faith, strategy, and innovation to help you grow.

How I Work

I’m an Enneagram Nine and provide an opportunity for everyone’s voice to be heard. I want everyone to be successful in their endeavors whether you’re seeking growth in business, life, or faith. I strive for fairness and righteous justice.

My spiritual gifts are teaching, faith, shepherding, and encouragement. I have facilitated training workshops for innovation teams for decades, ensuring that each person takes away actionable insights to strengthen their career and processes at their company.

I am an i/S in DiSC profile meaning that I like to interact with people at all levels and stages. In group coaching, I make sure that everyone gets a chance to share their point of view and that each person continues on his or her own growth journey as a leader.

Credentials, Education and Fun Stuff

I love learning! My coaching credentials include Professional Life Coaching from Light University and Emotional Intelligence Life Coach certification from Transformation Academy. I’m currently working on a trauma coaching certification.

I have an MBA from West Texas A&M University, and degrees in Chemical Engineering (BS from University of Idaho, PhD from University of Washington). I am a certified Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute). I also hold the Hybrid Agile Pro Micro-Credential certification from PMI since I specialize in process optimization in my consulting practice with Global NP Solutions.

I currently live in Tucson, Arizona but I spent most of my career in Houston, Texas. I love being outdoors in God’s wonderland – hiking, cycling, or just breathing fresh air while reading a cozy mystery in a rocking chair on the patio. In the fall and winter, I enjoy watching UW Husky football – win or lose! My favorite hobbies are paper crafting to make greeting cards and knitting blankets.
